iTo provides the services that enable dispatchers to view the current job and technician locations and historical information about the location of mobile devices or computers in your subscription. For this purpose, iTo interacts with your mobile device or computer to determine your current location. iTo collects and saves this information about your current location from time to time. This information covers your present location, current time and unique identifier of your mobile device or computer (hereinafter - Location Information).

This Location Information is stored in our secure servers or in the secure servers of a third party service provider in accordance with the Data Security and Retention Policies as referred to below. You may access Location Information from your mobile devices and computers in your subscription concerning the services described above or services that we may add in the future. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the security of your subscription and the privacy of Location Information once it has been shared with you.

In your mobile device or computer, or subscription you may choose whether or not Location Information should be collected and stored. By default, Location Information is collected and stored. Should you opt out, some functionality and services may not be available to you.

Location Information shall not be shared with any third parties, except for third party service providers.

How We Use Collected Information

iTo shall use Personal Information for several general purposes as follows: to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to inform you about the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers, to provide any other relevant information from us or from our business partners, and to better understand your needs in order to offer better services. We may also use your Personal Information to send you promotional materials about the goods and services, including special offers and promotional campaigns, either offered by iTo or third parties. We shall retain your information as long as your Stream On Screen Account is active, or based on the needs to provide you the Services. Should you wish to close your Stream On Screen Account or request that we no longer use your Personal Information to provide you the Services, you may delete your Stream On Screen Account. We may retain and use your Personal Information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will delete your Personal Information as quickly as possible upon your request. Please note, however, that there might be some delay in deleting your Personal Information from our servers, and that backed-up versions might exist even after the deletion thereof. Also note that we shall not delete the files that you share with other users from our servers.
